We're seeking an HR Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, creating a positive employee experience, and serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Lead new hire onboarding and help create a positive first-day experience
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR questions and day-to-day support
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Partner with managers and employees to support HR initiatives across multiple departments

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or HR Administration
  • Experience supporting hiring processes, candidate communication, or employee onboarding preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Workday experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
